Maguro collects and processes the personal data of the Buyer of the Website for the purpose of conducting a secure authentication of Customers accessing the Maguro Website, realization of contracts for the purchase of goods or services, delivery of goods to the Buyer, communication with the Buyer, possible legal proceedings related to the implementation of contracts, and partly we apply automated processing processes to constantly improve our processes in the interest of customers, to make the offer for the customer more individual and to adapt their offer of products and services to the habits and needs of customers.

Providers of goods distribution services with whom it has a permanent contract and for that purpose for fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending terrestrial mail and e-mail. The distribution service provider may request the Customer to inspect his identity card at the time of delivery of the package during the personal collection of goods, all for the purpose of realization of the package delivery service and records of who took over the package. If the Buyer refuses to provide this information, the package will not be delivered to him.
  2. Authorized service providers in case the Customer files a complaint, advertises the product and needs a product inspection or requests the service of the product he bought, all for the purpose of repair, servicing or inspection of the product by the authorized service.
  3. In the process of handing over the prize to the sponsors of the prize competition, when Maguro, who is the organizer of the prize competition, indicates in the rules of the prize competition that the delivery of the prize to the winner will be organized by the sponsor.
  4. Provider of service maintenance of ERP and CRM solutions with which it has a permanent contract and for routine or emergency maintenance, all for the purpose of realization of customer service.

Processing of personal data in the process of payment by credit and debit cards

At no time does Maguro dispose of, collect or process personal data entered for the purpose of processing and collecting payments via credit and debit cards. Customers are instructed to be informed about the processing of personal data by Hrvatski Telekom dd on the website where the payment process takes place. Maguro therefore warns the Customer to take care of the data stated on the card so that this data would not be available to third parties and so that it would not be misused.

HT Pay Way applies the most modern standards in data protection  Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between T- Com System and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done in a private network that is protected from unauthorized access by double-layer “firewall”.

The period in which personal data will be stored

Maguro stores the personal data of registered Customers of the Maguro Website for the period until the purpose of processing is achieved, which is the period until the registration is active and six months after the termination of customer registration in which period any complaints from the previous period will be resolved. Maguro stores the personal data of registered Users of the recipient of product and promotional notifications for the period while the purpose of processing is being achieved, which is the period until the moment when the registration is active.
