All New YGK X-Braid Full Drag X8 is to replace former Ultra Castman WX8 Full Drag lines. It employs the latest up-grade filaments to have about 60% improved strength from the first generation Dyneema/Spectra lines.Adding to the latest material, it employs a new GD-P technology to eliminate any stretch from braided lines, to make sure hook set on games. The base filaments are about a tenth in diameter of other premium braided lines, and therefore ten times of filaments are braided to make this super smooth line. The super-thin-filament braided line offers much longer line life than other premium braids. Very thin silicone surface coating make this line friction-less to cast long. WX braiding technology makes the line with the least stretch and tightest line body. The 8-strand body offers the smoothest line surface.Quality is proven.
