Vercelli Oxygen Lupara 420 is a lightweight, slim and surprisingly powerful rod which offers excellent performance on the beach.
The stepped up parabolic action means that casting is incredibly effortless and an advanced overhead or OTG cast allowing you to achieve excellent distances. The Lupara is fitted with a tubular power tip allowing the use of larger sinkers (optimum 160gm) and a decent sized bait.
The Vercelli Oxygen Lupara 420 is more than capable of taking on larger species such as cod, hounds and rays from clean or mixed beaches.
The rod is fitted with SiC Low Rider guides which work really well with the low diameter nylon lines or braid which many ‘Continental’ style anglers prefer for casting longer distances.
