The EGIZAUST 3G blank is constructed using Torayca® T1100G carbon, combined with Major Craft’s proprietary R360 multi-axis structure delivering extraordinary lightness, power, and sensitivity.
In addition to the advanced blank design, the lightweight grip construction dramatically improves swing balance during casting and transmits sensitivity that cannot be achieved by blank design alone. The result is a rod that truly feels class-leading lightweight in hand.

Advanced Carbon Technology
The blank uses Toray T1100G, one of the strongest and highest-modulus carbon fibers available a material originally developed for aerospace and advanced structural applications where extreme performance is required.
Major Craft’s R360 construction arranges carbon fibers in multiple directions:

Straight (vertical)
Fade (right diagonal)
Draw (left diagonal)
Side (horizontal)

This multi-axis layout produces a blank that combines exceptional rigidity, power, and ultra-low vibration, while remaining extremely lightweight.
Unlike traditional surface carbon tape reinforcement, the blank itself is constructed from layered multi-directional carbon sheets, optimized per section to handle force from 360 degrees creating an ultimate high-performance blank structure.

Every detail from thread wrapping and epoxy resin to logo placement is precisely optimized to maximize lightweight performance and blank efficiency.

GRIP DESIGN
Ergonomic grip shape with down-locking reel seat, combined with lightweight EVA materials to maximize sensitivity, balance, and fatigue reduction.

GUIDE CONCEPT
Equipped with Fuji K-Frame guides in a Major Craft original layout focused on maximizing casting distance, line control, and lure operation in harmony with the blank’s action.

TIP CONCEPT
The tip guide setup minimizes casting vibration and improves line flow, enhancing accuracy, smoothness, and overall feel during aggressive eging actions.
