Due to the growing popularity of braided line, the phrase “go big or go home” no longer applies when discussing reels. The Primal™ 10-size High-Speed Lever Drag Reel was designed specifically for braided line and can handle just about any fish out there. Features include a one-piece aluminium frame end cover, MegaDrag™, and MegaLock™ anti-reverse.
The High-Speed ratio (7.2:1, 45 inches per turn) and large handle give you the power and speed to cope with hard fighting fish and make the Primal an ideal reel for working lures on the drift, deep water jigging and general bottom fishing. A 4 pin centrifugal braking system allows trouble free casting and adds update casting and shore fishing to the Primal’s list of possible uses. The super smooth lever drag system helps to control hard fighting fish allowing you to even use the Primal for light line sharking for blues.
