The Emblem Light Surf CW is a technical reel suitable for light surfcasting fishing. This powerful reel has increased protection from the outside elements for a unique lifespan. The DS4 frame is protected by MagSealed oil, fixed in a magnetic field to prevent the intrusion of water and impurities even during full rotation. It has 6 bearings, 5 of which are anti-corrosion treated. Its technical DS4 polycarbonate frame brings it a significant weight reduction. It comes with two spools of different and complementary capacities.
This CW model has moderate oscillation. The QD brake allows, in a half-turn of the brake knob, to switch from a “clutch” mode (free brake) to a “combat” mode (brake applied). The round HIP wire clip mounted on a high quality spring allows you to mark your casting distance to reposition the rig in the same place on the next cast.
