The BKK SF Lentus L heavy slow jigging hook is specifically developed to target deep water fish and is designed with a heavy gauge that can buffer the run of big fish.
The hook comes equipped with BKK fluorocarbon assist cord that ensures a proper orientation of the hook, improving its penetration performance and providing a well-balanced flexibility to the cord. Besides, BKK deploys a special forging process that reduces the possibility of the fish’s skin being torn off during long fights.
Furthermore, in order to secure the line in position, the hook features a flat shank design.

The design concept behind the ‘Cutting Delta’ point originates from a military triangular sword. We shape the sides of the hook point to an equilateral triangle which provides good penetration performance and an increased piercing speed over traditional hook points.

The coating enchanses the penetration ability of the hook by its extremely low friction capabilities.In practical testing it can penetrate fish’s mouth with a little bit of power,however due its low coefficient of friction,the adherence of the bait on the hook is not optimal,although Super-Slide is somewhat corrosion resistant,it is best used on single hooks and trebles for freshwater aplication.
