AKIOS UTOPIA SX 420 ROD is a slim yet powerful continental rod.The 40T carbon blank has a very slim diameter but uses a thicker wall diameter to give a surprising level of stiffness and a quick recovery. A more advanced casting style allows you to get plenty into the rod so you can propel your bait a really good distance. The spliced tip gives superb bite detection and sits really nicely in the tide. It has the strength to comfortably handle larger fishing making it a very competent long range fixed spool rod for fishing anything from clean to light rough marks.
